Donate food
We are always grateful for every donation. Share your bounty but please check to be sure goods are not outdated. Purchases for us from ValuMart can be left in the box provided in the store.
Things we are likely to need are:
- Canned goods — soup, fruit, vegetables, tuna, salmon, pasta sauce
- Peanut Butter and jam
- Pasta, breakfast cereal
- personal hygiene items – toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes
- sugar free foods for diabetic clients
- any other nutritious non-perishable item
Donate cash
We especially appreciate cash donations – it’s often more useful for us. Cash can be left for us securely in the donation box at ValuMart. Or you can send us a cheque. We can also now accept Interac e-transfers through email by online banking. Use the Contact page to get in touch. We are a registered charity and can provide tax receipts.
